REIGNITE 2.0 🔥 brought together a diverse group of women, across nationalities, life stages, and experiences.

And in that space, something powerful unfolded:
permission to pause.

This wasn’t about high energy or hype.
It was intentional, grounded, and deeply personal, rooted in my desire to pay it forward and create spaces where women can truly support women.

From my experience coaching and mentoring women over the years, one thing is clear:
Many women, particularly in motherhood, don’t lose their capability; they slowly lose connection with parts of themselves along the way.

REIGNITE is my response to that.
A space to pause, reconnect, and consciously choose yourself again.
Not to do more, but to be more.

And while International Women’s Day may have passed, the work doesn’t stop there.
Progress towards gender equality isn’t built in a moment; it is sustained over time.
It requires more women who are clear, confident, and willing to take up the spaces that already belong to them.

Spaces like REIGNITE are part of that journey.
Together, we explored:
✨ Identity work – Who am I beyond the roles I carry daily?
✨ Seasons of life – What does this current season require of me… and what does it not?
✨ Reframing myths – Challenging limiting beliefs and replacing them with empowering truths
✨ Intentional action – Designing a personal 90-day plan aligned with what truly matters now.

What stood out most wasn’t just the conversations.
It was the awareness that emerged.
The quiet realisation that many women are doing so much… yet rarely pausing to ask if it still aligns.

REIGNITE is about creating that pause and turning it into clarity, direction, and intentional living.

To every woman who showed up fully for REIGNITE 2.0, thank you.
You reminded me why this work matters.

For organisations and women’s networks:
If you are looking to create meaningful, reflective experiences for the women in your organisation or community, I’d welcome the opportunity to bring REIGNITE as an in-house session.
